Marketing and Transaction Coordinator
WB Realty Co. is a dynamic commercial and residential brokerage based in West Des Moines, Iowa. They are seeking a Marketing & Transaction Coordinator to support marketing real estate listings and contribute to transaction coordination from contract to close.
Responsibilities
Upload, manage, and maintain property listings across CoStar, Crexi, Catylist, Land.com, Facebook Marketplace, and the WB Realty website
Ensure listing accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across all platforms
Coordinate with agents to collect, verify, and update listing information
Conduct routine audits of listings and marketing assets for accuracy and optimization
Create and update listing marketing materials, advertisements, and flyers for the brokerage and individual agents
Assist the Marketing and Brand Manager with advertising placement across digital and print channels, including social media, Google, email marketing, and industry publications
Especially manage land and farm marketing efforts, including social media updates and Facebook Marketplace listings
Support photography and video content creation for listings, including drone imagery
Ensure all marketing materials maintain brand consistency
Assist with managing and updating company website content
Support posting and updates across company and service-specific social media platforms
Apply basic graphic design skills to assist in creating engaging content for social media and digital marketing platforms
Coordinate scheduling and logistics with approved vendors, including photography, videography, signage production, and advertising placements
Support agents throughout the transaction process from contract to close
Manage transaction files and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
Track key deadlines and milestones and communicate updates to relevant parties
Coordinate with agents, clients, attorneys, lenders, and title companies
Deliver or pick up real estate documents throughout the metro as needed
Stock and manage office supplies
Retrieve, sort, and distribute incoming mail
Assist with general office organization
Provide administrative support across internal business units, including the Brokerage and Property Management teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field
2+ years of experience in marketing or a related role
Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
Understanding of graphic design principles
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn marketing platforms and transaction processes
Preferred
Experience with photography and videography production
Real estate or transaction coordination experience
Social media or digital marketing experience
