Responsibilities
Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements for Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, OTL, or Absence Management
Support configuration of Oracle HCM setups under supervision, including organizations, grades, jobs, payroll elements, and eligibility rules
Prepare and maintain functional documentation such as requirement documents, configuration workbooks, and process flows
Participate in implementation phases including system configuration, data validation, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment support
Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data conversions, ensuring functional accuracy
Provide post-go-live support by helping resolve user issues, system defects, and change requests
