Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across proprietary trading applications in real time
Communicate incident updates clearly to technical and business stakeholders
Monitor system performance and proactively prevent bottlenecks or outages
Develop scripts and automation tools to reduce operational overhead
Conduct deep-dive investigations into multi-layered systems to identify root causes and long-term fixes
Partner with engineers and traders to roll out new features and improvements that enhance speed, scalability, and system resilience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3+ years of experience in production support, SRE, or trading system operations
Proficient in Python and Bash scripting
Strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and an eagerness to solve high-impact technical challenges
Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-performance environment
Preferred
Familiarity with Prometheus, SQL/MongoDB, and monitoring frameworks is a strong plus
Experience with enterprise Linux distributions (CentOS, RHEL, or Rocky) preferred
