Responsibilities

Building quarterly, full-funnel market plans and always-on calendars across the Americas, prioritising highest ROI bets
Designing briefs and launching campaigns/programmes with central partners (creative, PMM, automation, analytics)
Executing field programmes, including venue/partners/speakers, invites, run-of-show, follow-up with Sales, pipeline attribution/ROI readouts, etc
Establishing weekly performance cadence and iterating quickly using dashboards, learning agenda, pipeline/NABs impact reviews with stakeholders, etc
Managing budgets for agencies and vendors
Ensuring operational excellence and speed

Qualification

Required

8+ years in B2B marketing in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment, such as SaaS, tech, or fintech
Proven regional/market ownership, with expertise setting strategy, budget, and measurable outcomes
A track record in field marketing or integrated demand generation (events and campaigns), and partnering with Sales and Operations teams
The ability to translate data into insights, run experiments, and manage ROI/attribution conversations credibly
Knowledge of MarTech/GTM (e.g., Salesforce, Looker/BI, Google Analytics, marketing automation)
Great cross-functional leadership (influencing without authority), stakeholder management, and communication skills

Preferred

Experience with product-led growth motions and/or enterprise sales cycles (pipeline acceleration, exec engagement)
Exposure to affiliate/partner ecosystems, including community building and participating in local community programmes
Familiarity with the fintech/regulatory landscape in the Americas
Experience building a new regional marketing engine from scratch, including hiring, processes, and playbooks
