Front Desk / Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)
Confidential is a family-owned auto repair shop seeking a friendly and organized individual to join their team. The role involves providing excellent customer service, answering phone calls, greeting customers, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office organization.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions
Greet customers in person and help with check-in
Schedule appointments and maintain the shop calendar
Handle with filing and keep the front office organized
Process payments and assist with basic administrative tasks
Qualification
Required
Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone
Comfortable using basic computer programs (email, Word, Google Docs, etc.)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred, but not required
