Responsibilities
Design, build, and optimize data pipelines to ingest and transform data from multiple source systems into Celonis
Develop and maintain Celonis data models to support case-centric process mining use cases
Implement ETL/ELT workflows ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and performance
Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data preparation, transformation, and validation
Use Python scripting to automate data processing, integration tasks, and workflow enhancements
Collaborate with process analysts, business stakeholders, and automation teams to translate business requirements into actionable Celonis insights
Support end-to-end process analysis (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report)
Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation standards are met
Troubleshoot data, performance, and integration issues within Celonis environments
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Data Engineer with 2+ years of hands-on experience with Celonis (Data Integration, Data Models, Process Mining)
Strong proficiency in SQL (complex joins, window functions, performance tuning)
Experience with Python for scripting, automation, and data processing
Solid understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data pipeline optimization
Experience working with case-centric data models
