Lead month-, quarter-, and year-end close
Support audit completion and YE close
Manage GL, reconciliations, and flux analysis
Revenue recognition (ASC 606 – software licensing)
Commissions capitalization exposure (ASC 340-40 preferred)
Oversee payroll reconciliations (ADP), AP, AR, cash, and sales/use tax (Avalara)
Supervise one Senior Staff Accountant
Qualification
Required
5+ years in software/SaaS accounting
Accounting Manager level or above (Controller candidates welcome)
NetSuite experience required
Prior people management experience
Preferred
CPA / public accounting background a plus
Commissions capitalization exposure (ASC 340-40 preferred)
