Responsibilities
Building trust with K-2 students as a mentor and inspiring an attitude of unlimited possibility
Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to create personalized educational pathways
Developing and facilitating life-skills workshops (such as public speaking, goal-setting, and collaboration) that equip students for long-term success
Cultivating an environment centered on curiosity, ambition, and continuous growth
Supporting students in discovering their individual strengths and passions
Qualification
Required
Able to work on-site at one of our locations: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum of 3 years of experience engaging with children ages 4–8 in educational settings, afterschool programs, coaching, or comparable roles
Excellent public speaking abilities, with proven capacity to captivate and energize young learners
Genuine motivation to connect with, inspire, and encourage K-2 students
Authorization to work legally in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
Available to participate in a paid training program held at our Austin, TX campus
