Responsibilities
Dashboard Development: Design and implement complex visualizations in Tableau and enterprise-grade reports in MicroStrategy
System Integration: Support the reporting needs of the Treasury Cash Management Systems (TCMS) to ensure seamless data flow and visibility
Data Modeling: Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring data integrity across all reporting layers
Optimization: Perform tuning of existing reports to improve performance and end-user experience
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders in Charlotte to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on BI best practices
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence or Data Engineering
Expertise in Tableau: Proven ability to create interactive dashboards, calculated fields, and data blends
Proficiency in MicroStrategy: Strong understanding of MicroStrategy architecture, schema objects, and document/dashboard creation
SQL Skills: Advanced SQL writing skills for data extraction and validation
Preferred
Experience with Teradata (highly preferred)
Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
