Responsibilities
Power Platform Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain MS SharePoint and Power Platform products (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) to support OCI workstreams
Performance Monitoring Dashboards: Create and monitor dashboards for performance metrics and workflow improvements. Use Power BI to capture outcome impacts of OCI interventions
Automation & Integration: Integrate workflow and ticketing systems with automation tools. Use Power Automate to streamline updates to Value Stream Maps and implementation guides
UX/UI Design: Ensure SharePoint and Power Platform designs incorporate visual professionalism and maximize user experience for VA staff
Qualification
Required
Expert in Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven), Power Automate, and Power BI
Proficiency in SQL and SharePoint architecture
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles for business applications
3+ years leading design and implementation of MS SharePoint and Power Platform products
