Responsibilities

Research, test and implement new security solutions to address future and current threats
Provide support to operational, development and deployment teams and investigate potential security violations
Develops, maintains, and supports processes to support the IT Security Framework such as incident management and risk management
Perform vulnerability scanning, prioritize risk of vulnerabilities and track remediation performed internally and externally
Respond to and investigate security incidents
Provide incident reports as part of the incident process
Identifies and investigates actual or potential information security violations
Performs follow up investigations with written reports

Qualification

Required

High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT Security
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Cloud Technologies
Experience in vulnerability management and penetration testing
Experience in managing SIEM solutions and analyze log streams
Experience in endpoint security solutions
Experience in Security incident management and reporting
Excellent verbal and written communication, planning, analysis and organizing skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
May occasionally be required to work evenings and/or weekends

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, and/or related field preferred
CISSP Certification is preferred
