Somewhere is your Global Talent Partner, connecting international businesses with top offshore talent and remote staff. They are seeking a Recruiter to source candidates, conduct screenings, and manage the interview process while collaborating with clients to meet their hiring needs.

Responsibilities
Source candidates using various platforms and methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, job applications, and conducting phone screenings
Conduct internal assessments, pre-screening, and initial interviews
Stay up-to-date with recruiting trends and best practices
Assist in managing the overall interview and selection process
Maintain communication with candidates to provide updates on job postings
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational goals
Assist in defining job descriptions and documenting specifications
Present shortlisted candidates to clients for consideration
Build and nurture long-term client relationships
Assist in developing a sustainable candidate-lead strategy
Coordinate with the Operations Manager for project updates and reports
Ensure a safe and healthy work environment
Perform other duties as assigned or needed
Qualification
Required
2 years of recruiting experience in end-to-end recruitment
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Comfortable making decisions independently
Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Proficient in Google Suite
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
Preferred
Knowledge using a CRM, preferably HubSpot (Nice to have)
