Responsibilities
Salesforce SME will serve as the primary expert for Salesforce platform strategy, configuration, and optimization
Design and implement scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related modules
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Manage system integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce environment
Develop and maintain workflows, validation rules, and custom objects
Provide guidance on best practices for Salesforce development and administration
As a Salesforce SME, you will lead user training and create documentation for processes and enhancements
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability
Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend new features to improve business processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including configuration and customization
Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware tools)
Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning components
Proficiency in data management, security models, and governance within Salesforce
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of Salesforce best practices
Preferred
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, or Consultant)
