Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of information before it is entered into data system. Assists in chart review and thorough, accurate data collection
Compares data with source documents in verification format to detect errors. Stores completed documents in appropriate locations
Maintaining logs of activities and completed work
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Education/GED or equivalent
