Guide and inspire gifted students to finish high school by 8th grade using personalized, accelerated learning pathways
Mentor students in essential life skills—resilience, grit, public speaking, focus—alongside their academic objectives
Use AI-driven tools to monitor progress, customize learning experiences, and adapt instruction to individual needs
Encourage students to progress through adaptive learning applications and reach ambitious educational milestones
Work alongside a team that is redefining education for high-performing students
Qualification
Required
Willing to work in-person in Austin (Georgetown), TX
Proven record of academic excellence (National Merit Scholar, academic Olympiads, prestigious scholarships, dual-enrollment, etc.)
At least 3 years of experience coaching, mentoring, or teaching gifted and talented students or high-achieving youth
Daily use of generative AI tools in educational settings (personalizing lessons, creating assessments, adapting instruction)
Excellent public speaking and communication skills
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
