Responsibilities
Serve as the technical expert for assigned automation products, supporting sales, product teams, and key customers
Deliver pre‑sales and post‑sales support, including demos, proof‑of‑concept testing, troubleshooting, and onsite visits
Provide product training for customers and internal teams
Validate new product releases, test features, and report findings to engineering and R&D teams
Collaborate with product management and marketing to enhance documentation, create application notes, and support product launches
Represent the business at industry events and trade shows
Qualification
Required
Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Hands‑on experience with variable frequency drives
Strong problem‑solving abilities and the confidence to make informed decisions in front of customers
Ability to manage multiple projects, communicate technical concepts clearly, and build strong customer relationships
Willingness to travel (approx. 20–50%)
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship requirements
Preferred
Mandarin language skills are a plus but not required
