Qualification
Required
0-2 years of post-graduate professional experience (5-year B.Arch or M.Arch)
Currently based in the New York City area or able to relocate in the near term
Intellectually curious

Ability to take initiative
Clear communication skills
Enjoy being involved in all aspects of the architectural process
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in AutoCAD
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SketchUp or Rhino
Ability to translate concepts, discussions, and narratives into clear, compelling presentations
Experience with rendering, material mapping, and post-production graphics
Comfort independently researching unfamiliar topics and codes
Strong problem-solving skills
Self-directed learning mindset
Ability to work effectively within a structured yet highly creative team
Strong organizational skills
Proactive, collaborative attitude
Preferred
Revit proficiency
Basic familiarity with building codes and accessibility standards
