Responsibilities
Engaging and mentoring students through consistent, one-on-one and small-group interactions—coaching, not lecturing
Leveraging adaptive technology and AI-driven platforms to personalize learning experiences for each student
Facilitating workshops on leadership, life skills, and strategies for real-world achievement
Guiding students to identify personal strengths and broaden their aspirations via individualized development plans
Providing feedback, data, and innovative ideas to refine and advance Alpha's educational model
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in any field
Proven track record of exceptional achievement (e.g. top academic distinctions, D1/Olympic-level athletics, national-level competitions, etc.)
3 years of direct experience working with K–8 students in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles
Excellent verbal communication and public speaking capabilities
Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL or Santa Barbara, CA
