Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze monthly P&L variances actual vs forecast
Partner with operations and other business functions to understand profitability drivers
Prepare account level, detailed monthly plant forecast on a rolling twelve-month basis and supplemental required reporting
Analyze trends to identify opportunities for operational improvements. Prepare reports or presentations as needed to support strategic decision making
Preparation of the financial planning packages including Quarterly and Annual Financial Review
Engage with technical teams and other resources working on data analytics initiatives to identify process improvement opportunities. Develop financial models to support business needs
Participate in department and/or cross-functional projects and provide other ad-hoc analysis as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
5+ years of progressive experience in finance or FP&A, preferably within an electronics or manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of profitability drivers such as mix, inflation, cost savings, general administrative expenses
Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Plex) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred
Experience in vertical financial management reporting
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-mix, global production environment
Comfortable working in a matrixed organizational structure
