Responsibilities
Lead projects from preconstruction handoff through closeout
Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication
Coordinate with superintendents and internal teams to keep projects on track
Drive quality, safety, and schedule performance
Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager (or strong APM ready to step up)
Background in interiors, commercial, multifamily, hospitality, industrial, or mission critical construction
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and fast-moving projects
