Marketing and Communications Coordinator
C&G Partners is a multi-specialty creative studio dedicated to design for culture, working primarily with cultural, nonprofit, and public-sector clients. They are seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support the studio’s marketing, communications, and outreach efforts, focusing on content creation and project promotion.

Responsibilities
Draft and help produce marketing content, including website posts, social media posts, newsletters, awards submissions, and conference proposals
Support proposal and pitch preparation, research, and selected studio initiatives
Support project promotion and documentation, including coordinating photography, organizing assets, and preparing content for publication
Maintain editorial calendars and publish approved content across platforms (website, social media, email)
Track and support awards, conferences, and public-facing opportunities
Assist with contact list maintenance, newsletters, and basic CRM hygiene
Organize and support occasional public or internal events and studio initiatives
Qualification
Required
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
Highly organized, with good judgment and attention to detail
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a collaborative environment
Interest in design, culture, and storytelling
Familiarity with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn and Instagram)
Comfort working in Google Workspace
Familiarity with WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite
Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability
Preferred
previous marketing or communications work, including experience with CRM systems
