Responsibilities

The DCPM's duties are focused on the tactical execution of the contract, including personnel, project, and deliverable management
Directly oversees the Change Manager and is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the monthly hardware asset audit, which validates Splunk billing data against the customer's approved operational baseline
They are responsible for developing and maintaining the contract's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and ensuring all projects are adequately resourced to meet established timelines
The DCPM has direct responsibility for the oversight of the contractor-provided facility, including coordinating visitors, managing maintenance, and ensuring personnel have adequate resources to perform their duties
Supports the CPM in all contract management activities to include financial management, contract modifications, Program Management Reviews, etc
The DCPM reports to the CPM, providing regular updates on project status, personnel, and operational performance. The DCPM is responsible for executing the strategic vision and priorities set by the CPM
The DCPM serves as the primary POC for the COR and other government technical staff on all daily contract operations, task execution, and issue resolution
Director of Managed Services (MSOD): The DCPM ensures that all daily contract operations and processes executed by the team adhere to the overarching IT Service Management (ITSM) framework, policies, and performance targets established by the Director of Managed Services (MSOD)

Required

Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in Program or Project Management. (2 years of additional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree)
Experience in overseeing contract requirements and daily operational matters
Experience developing and maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
Must have an active DoD TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a polygraph
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations

Preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief senior leaders
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Earned Value Management, Agile)
