Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries
Provide weekly/monthly pipeline and forecasts
Use consultative sales techniques to offer expansion solutions
Drive product adoption and new customer onboarding
Utilize effective sales techniques to handle objections and effectively close the sale
Work proficiently with company sales order entry systems
Utilize CRM to maintain prospect/customer notes and opportunities
Prepare proposals and presentations
Proactively prevent subscription cancellations
Demonstrate company core values
Qualification
Required
Proven technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to create and execute customer retention strategies
Application of sales processes
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Quick on feet, efficient, strong time management
Self-initiative and pro-active demeanor
Business/sales/marketing acumen
Ability to work remote
Knowledge of sales and marketing practices and procedures
Ability to build rapport with clients
Works well under-pressure and has the ability to meet tight deadlines
Proficient in MS Office, Excellent MS Excel skills, CRM software management
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree, preferred
1 year Inside Sales, Account Management, or Customer Experience, preferred
