Responsibilities
Manage month-end close including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
Prepare and analyze GAAP financial statements
Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods
Support annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting
Track capital projects and operational spending
Assist with external audits and internal reporting
Improve processes by partnering with cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
CPA required or CPA in-process
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Three or more years in public accounting with Big 4 or Top 8 preferred
Strong analytical ability with advanced Excel skills
Effective communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Preferred
Exposure to FP&A or operational finance
Experience enhancing accounting processes or drafting SOPs
