Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for a key hub warehouse and oversee operations managers
Manage P L for site and ensure financial performance targets are met
Drive best practices in warehousing and continuous improvement initiatives
Lead, mentor, and develop teams across multiple locations, fostering a high-performance culture
Develop long-term operational strategies aligned with national goals
Ensure safety compliance and foster a safety-first culture across all sites
Manage vendor relationships and optimize procurement processes to enhance cost-effectiveness

Required

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
10+ years in operations management within logistics, warehousing, or supply chain; 5+ years senior leadership experience
Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead large teams across multiple locations
Proven track record managing P L, budgeting, and financial performance analysis
Extensive knowledge of both conventional and automated warehouse operations, including WMS and inventory management
Strong project management skills; PMP certification is a plus
Experience with warehouse automation technologies and associated integrations

MBA preferred
PMP certification is a plus
