GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager Tech to join their innovative team focused on GridOS Network Model Management. The role involves driving the vision and execution of network model management applications and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities

Craft and implement the strategic roadmap for network model management applications
Partner with product owners, technical teams, and key stakeholders to influence product design and planning
Translate customer needs into functional specifications and user stories, ensuring technical feasibility and business alignment
Manage and coordinate the efforts of multiple teams to deliver high-level outcomes and maximize product returns
Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend best practices to enhance products and processes

Required

Deep expertise in Electrical T&D, Telecommunications, and/or Gas T&D network modeling domain(s)
Strong analytical skills and experience in managing products and product development initiatives
Proven experience working with engineering teams to deliver top-tier applications
Excellent communication skills to convey technical and business-related information to diverse audiences
Familiarity with network model management concepts, use cases, approaches, techniques, challenges and solutions (CIM, SCADA, CIS, ADMS, GIS/GNM, AEMS, DERMS)
Proactive problem-solver with a Lean/Agile mindset
Exceptional emotional intelligence and ability to influence stakeholders
Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
