Responsibilities
Facilitating focused, high-impact reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency
Creating individualized motivational experiences using gamified literacy benchmarks
Reviewing student performance data to improve instructional methods and generate actionable recommendations
Partnering with engineering teams to assess and refine AI literacy platforms based on real classroom outcomes
Building scalable, AI-integrated content that supports early elementary learners in reaching grade-level reading proficiency
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced reading certification (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent)
Bachelor's degree
Advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master's degree in reading instruction
Minimum 2 years of experience facilitating small-group reading interventions for K–2 students
Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond to student engagement patterns within them
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship requirements
Able to work on-site at one of our locations: Phoenix, AZ; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
