Executive Assistant I
The UW School of Medicine and Public Health is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Department of Human Oncology Chair. The role involves managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and confidential communications to optimize the Chair's time and enhance departmental operations.

Compiles, screens, and evaluates correspondence and reports and recommends actions
Manages the organization, auditing, security, and confidentiality of records and files
Develops and facilitates communications of varying complexity between various internal and external stakeholders
Schedules logistics for meetings, conferences, and travel and organizes schedules for a college or division leadership position
Monitors budgets and reviews and approves expenditures
Qualification
Required
2 years of administrative support at the executive/leadership level is required
Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
High school diploma required
Preferred
Experience supporting executives in healthcare or higher education field
Associate's Degree Preferred
