Responsibilities
Understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements and design documents
Follow structured project management guidelines
Develop high-level conceptual design process flows and application process flow diagrams
Evaluate business requests and determine alignment with organizational goals
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and developer resources
Create system test plans and test scenarios
Conduct testing and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that system functionality meets business requirements
Support organizational change efforts related to ERP implementation and adoption

Coordinated UAT with Business Users
Qualification
Required
PeopleSoft GL/KK/AP SME
Functional knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM, preferably in GL/KK/AP modules
Strong business process understanding and ability to translate functional requirements into detailed specifications
Excellent communication skills with both business and development staff
