Facilitating adaptive reading workshops that build core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
Creating personalized engagement sessions that resonate with children and foster enduring enthusiasm for reading
Reviewing student performance data to iteratively improve your methods and identify actionable trends
Partnering with the technology team to assess and refine AI-powered literacy tools
Cultivate a passion for reading in young students
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced certification (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, or equivalent)
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2 years' experience providing small-group reading interventions to early elementary learners
Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction without reliance on pre-written curricula
Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond to student behaviors observed through them
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Willingness to work on-site at one of our locations: Chantilly (Washington), VA; San Francisco, CA; or New York City, NY
