Responsibilities
Cultivating and demonstrating comprehensive education product expertise to inform strategic decisions
Crafting technical specifications that resolve critical technical decisions while prioritizing simplicity, efficiency, and sustainable long-term architecture
Deploying generative AI technologies to automate and optimize engineering workflows, consistent with the strategic objective of minimizing manual effort
Serve as the CTO for one or more education products, commanding core technical competencies and generating business value through flawless execution and strategic judgment
Qualification
Required
Deep experience or interest in data-driven learning science
7+ years of experience making the important architecture and design decisions on software projects, such as the application of architecture design patterns or significant open source technologies
2+ years of experience making design decisions involving the use of cloud computing services (primarily AWS)
4+ years of experience in positions with full technical and delivery ownership on a revenue-generating product
Experience building product features that make advanced use of Generative AI
Experience using Generative AI to simplify work processes
