Responsibilities
Review and analyze tax office reports for the Bank’s Refund Transfer program
Identify and escalate potentially fraudulent or abusive tax activities
Use Excel to spot data trends; monitor returns at risk of not being funded by IRS
Stay updated on compliance and assist with other risk management tasks
Qualification
Required
1+ year tax prep experience
Strong Excel skills
Strong communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Preferred
Knowledge of IRS rules/regulations
CPA, Enrolled Agent, or IRS field experience
