Responsibilities
Support technology hiring for financial services clients ranging from mid-market to enterprise
Work a contract-heavy desk with flexibility to support blended hiring needs
Manage a steady volume of open roles with real job flow behind them
Operate within a national firm while contributing to the continued growth of the Denver presence
Source, screen, and place technology talent across contract, consulting, and blended engagements
Manage multiple active searches simultaneously
Run full-cycle recruiting from outreach through offer, onboarding, and start
Support repeat and ongoing hiring needs for existing client relationships
Build pipelines across Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and PMO
Partner closely with sales and delivery teams to move quickly on client needs
Negotiate rates, extensions, and redeployments
Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and placement tracking in Salesforce
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in agency technology recruiting
Experience supporting contract or blended desks with multiple open roles
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage competing priorities without losing momentum
