Manage and maintain the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and professional responses to prospective families (both digitally and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with meticulous accuracy
Attend all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, on-campus and virtually
Shape overall admissions strategy or render final enrollment decisions
Function exclusively in administrative roles without direct family engagement
Work within a sluggish, overly procedural institutional setting
Prioritize relationship cultivation without disciplined execution and follow-through
Qualification
Required
Experience in education, teaching, admissions, enrollment management, or a comparable area
2+ years in client-facing roles within admissions, enrollment, event coordination, or similar fields
Robust administrative and organizational capabilities; you deliver consistency and precision
Keen attention to detail and proven ability to manage accurate applicant records or CRM systems
Comfortable integrating remote workflows with on-campus duties
Capable of adapting swiftly and succeeding in a fast-moving, mission-focused organization
Authorized to work in the US and available for in-person work in Austin, TX; San Francisco, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; or NYC, NY
