Responsibilities

Representing ASH's products and services with industry expertise and comprehensive knowledge, effectively addressing client needs and promoting solutions
Cultivating strong business relationships with client executives, understanding their goals and identifying opportunities to align ASI and ASH offerings with their objectives
Maintaining regular contact with assigned clients primarily via phone, with in-person meetings as necessary, particularly for larger clients
Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas by implementing effective sales strategies and tactics
Delivering established targets for new client revenues and gross margins, adhering to Client Sales guidelines
Developing and maintaining professional relationships with ASH divisions globally
Providing support to other ASI CPIL staff, especially during periods of personal or annual leave
Performing other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
3+ years of sales experience in a similar industry, preferably with a track record of exceeding quotas
Thorough knowledge of ASI software products and services, including understanding their business benefits
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Proficiency with sales management software and CRM systems
Strong problem-solving skills with a balance of persuasion and professionalism
Demonstrated ability to lead and achieve excellent client sales results
Proactive, organized, and driven to deliver personal and team business results
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
