Application Support Specialist (Education System) - W2 Only (No Third Party)
CBTS is seeking an Application Support Specialist focused on the Education System. The role involves managing application access, troubleshooting issues within the Student Information System, and handling technology support tickets.
Responsibilities
Manage application access, including configuring rules within the centralized data rostering and access tool
Log in to and support the Student Information System
Troubleshoot rostering and access issues end-to-end (e.g., verifying student schedules in the SIS, confirming Clever rostering, and validating application syncs)
Manage and triage technology support tickets across a wide range of issues
Qualification
Required
Strong technical proficiency: able to navigate web-based applications and understand system workflows
Higher-level data troubleshooting skill
