Responsibilities
Managing critical systems like EHRs and PACS, and interpreting HL7 and FHIR data standards for clinical workflows
Implementing cybersecurity measures and operational procedures in accordance with HIPAA and HITECH frameworks for handling Protected Health Information (PHI)
Covering computer hardware, networking, operating systems, and securing workstations and mobile devices against common threats
Preparing for and earning the industry-recognized CompTIA A+ Certification while leveraging AI tools and concepts to enhance IT support workflows and diagnostics
