Responsibilities
Process payroll accurately, including time and PTO calculations
Maintain and update payroll records for employees and each payroll cycle
Respond to employee questions and resolve payroll issues quickly
Produce and update payroll reports as needed
Stay current with payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Work with the total rewards team to improve processes and update SOPs
Support bonus, merit, and base wage processing
Qualification
Required
Three years of payroll experience with certification or five years without certification
Strong Excel skills including PivotTables and XLOOKUP A MUST PLEASE
Ability to work independently, focus, solve problems, and provide great service
Preferred
Associate degree or higher in payroll or accounting
CPP, CPS, or other payroll certification
Familiarity with payroll software. ADP experience is a plus
