Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth for Super.ai's IDP solutions
Lead the creation of compelling marketing content, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, and website copy, that resonates with target audiences
Champion and oversee the execution of ABM programs, focusing on identifying and nurturing relationships with high-value accounts
Manage and optimize all marketing channels, including digital advertising, content marketing, social media, and email marketing
Lead the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new IDP product launches
Leverage marketing automation and analytics tools to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability
Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in IDP and B2B marketing

Required

You possess a minimum of 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving growth within the technology sector
You're a strategic thinker who can develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans focused on demand generation, brand awareness, and lead nurturing
You're a master storyteller, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and impactful messaging that resonates with target audiences
You're an ABM champion, experienced in identifying and cultivating relationships with key accounts
You're a data-driven marketer who thrives on using marketing automation and analytics to measure and optimize campaigns
You possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing marketing team
You have a collaborative spirit and enjoy working cross-functionally with GTM, Product, and Engineering teams
