Responsibilities
Analyze operating expenses and accruals to ensure accurate reporting and meaningful financial insights
Assist with quarterly and annual SEC filings to support timely and compliant external reporting
Take ownership of core month-end close activities, including journal entries, general ledger reviews, and reconciliations of complex accounts
Work closely with internal and external auditors to support audit activities, maintain SOX and U.S. GAAP compliance, and identify opportunities for process enhancements
Oversee corporate insurance programs, including policy renewals, claims management, and risk assessment
Provide support for treasury-related activities such as cash forecasting, banking relationships, and required documentation
Participate in process improvement efforts and cross-functional initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and strengthening internal controls
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline (CPA preferred)
Minimum of 4 years of relevant accounting experience (or 3+ years with a CPA or Master's degree)
Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
Advanced Excel skills and financial analysis experience; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
Proven ability to identify process improvements and effectively resolve complex accounting issues
