Responsibilities

Manage projects in regulated environments, including reporting, remediation planning, and control adherence
Track and validate changes for a clearing platform migration to ensure accurate system mapping
Support business coordination initiatives by aligning stakeholders, resolving cross‑functional gaps, and driving operational clarity
Facilitate OKR/KPI tracking, risk monitoring, and executive reporting
Create executive‑ready presentations, dashboards, and status updates
Manage governance activities, including steering committees and leadership reviews
Maintain and enforce policy, process, and change‑management standards across business and technology teams
Collaborate across departments with strong communication, situational awareness, and stakeholder accountability

Required

Prior consulting experience
Experience in regulatory reporting or regulated‑environment project work
Hands‑on experience using Jira
Background in remediation planning and issue resolution
Strong communication and cross‑functional partnership skills
Ability to create clear, polished PowerPoint materials for executive audiences
Detail‑oriented, calm, and able to hold teams accountable with empathy and professionalism

Preferred

Experience with regulatory findings or remediation efforts
Knowledge of both business and IT processes, including policy and procedure development
Experience in PMO, business coordination, or enterprise governance settings
