Responsibilities
Oversee Project Managers and Foremen for residential renovations projects
Review/approve scope of work for all projects
Manage, schedule and monitor deadlines for completion of projects within timeline and within budget
Setup/manage vendor relationships and pricing
Manage/process expense reports for Project Managers/Foremen
Hire, coach, develop and manage performance of all team members. Ensure Offerpad values are adhered to and consistently demonstrated
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years extensive project management/residential construction management experience
Ability to oversee multiple projects
Residential Construction management experience
New home builder superintendent experience
Experience with principles of budgeting, accounting and procurement in order to manage renovations project
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
