This role is responsible for delivering successful change outcomes for the Studio Economics Program, leading the planning and execution of change management strategies while partnering with program teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Lead the change impact assessment and stakeholder analysis process to inform tailored change strategies
Lead the development and implementation of integrated change management plans, including communications, training, engagement, and resistance management
Identify key change moments and ensure appropriate interventions are in place to support adoption and readiness
Embed change activities into program and project delivery plans, ensuring alignment with enterprise change standards and frameworks
Lead the monitoring and reporting on change progress, adoption metrics, and risks, escalating issues as needed
Influence and consult with senior executives and stakeholders to drive sponsorship, leadership alignment, and organizational readiness for change
Lead the development of trusted relationships between Change Management and impacted teams, acting as a key liaison between delivery teams and the business
Coach and support leaders and change ambassadors to fulfill their role in leading change
Lead collaboration with communications, training, and technical teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging and support
Manage feedback loops and adapt plans based on stakeholder input and readiness assessments
Qualification
Required
10+ years experience in Change Management
Experience in Film industry, particularly Studios
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in change management, organizational development, or related field
Proven experience delivering change in complex, technology-driven environments (IT and/or broadcast preferred)
Deep expertise in change management principles (e.g., Prosci), methodologies, and tools
Experience leading change in programs working in Agile and using a Customer Centred Design approach
Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement
Leading and coordinating change resources within a large program
