Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans
Identify, engage, and build relationships with clinicians across multiple specialties
Utilize sourcing techniques, social platforms, and talent pipelines to find the best candidates
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial outreach to offer acceptance—ensuring a positive candidate experience
Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously refine strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, with a strong understanding of clinician roles
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
A proactive, creative mindset for finding talent in competitive markets
Bachelor's degree in health care, marketing or a related field required
Three years (3) experience in health care, marketing, human resources or sales required
Experience or training with MS Office and database applications required
