Responsibilities
Design/Develop/Test data infrastructure to support drone delivery operations and drone SW/algorithm development
Gather and translate customer requirements into technical requirements and drive discussions on prioritization and timeline
Influence and drive operational excellence best practices
Leverage large datasets and build next-generation training workflows using latest machine learning frameworks to solve the most challenging problems in autonomous aviation
Qualification
Required
3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
3+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
3+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using: C#, C++, Java, or Perl experience
3+ years of big data technologies such as AWS, Hadoop, Spark, Pig, Hive, Lucene/SOLR or Storm/Samza experience
3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
Preferred
2+ years of machine learning, statistical modeling, data mining, and analytics techniques experience
Master's degree or equivalent
