Enterprise Account Executive

ExpandIQ is a high-growth developer infrastructure company that builds tools for authentication, identity, authorization, and enterprise readiness. They are seeking their first Enterprise Account Executives in the US to build and scale the enterprise go-to-market motion, focusing on end-to-end enterprise deal cycles with fast-growing SaaS and AI companies.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end enterprise deal cycles with fast-growing SaaS and AI companies (6–7 figure potential over time)
Sell to technical decision makers, Heads of Engineering, CTOs, VPs of Product, and senior developers
Build and manage your own outbound pipeline, while also converting high-intent PLG interest into larger strategic deals
Help design and refine the enterprise sales playbook: messaging, qualification, pricing patterns, and deal strategy
Collaborate closely with the founder/CEO and commercial leadership on GTM strategy and target account selection
Work tightly with GTM Engineers, Product, and Customer Success to shape how the product is evaluated and adopted by enterprise customers
Act as a trusted technical advisor, not just a seller, understanding APIs, integrations, and enterprise requirements

Required

5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience at early-stage or growth-stage companies, consistently exceeding quota
Experience selling technical products to engineering-centric buyers (CTO, Head of Engineering, platform teams, core dev teams)
Background in at least one company pre-$5M ARR or similar 'build from scratch' environment
Comfortable running complex, multi-stakeholder cycles with 6–7 figure potential
Strong technical acumen: familiar with APIs, authentication, integrations, or developer tools, and able to go deep enough to earn trust
Proven outbound prospector with a track record of building pipeline, not just riding inbound
Low-ego, high-hustle mindset, thrives in ambiguous, low-enablement settings where you help build the process, not just follow it
At least one anchor role (2+ years) where you've seen and contributed to real growth
