Responsibilities

Lead current-state discovery and process mapping across Professional Services and Customer Success platforms, including Clarizen, Gainsight, and Salesforce

Define the future-state operating model with standardized end-to-end workflows across Sales, PS, and CS to support post-merger service delivery

Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for system configuration, integration, and reporting

Design bi-directional system integrations and data flows between Salesforce, Clarizen, and Gainsight

Develop comprehensive data migration strategies, including data mapping, transformation logic, and validation plans

Perform data quality assessments and define cleansing requirements to ensure data integrity pre- and post-migration

Translate business processes into detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for Agile delivery teams

Lead UAT planning, execution, defect management, and business sign-off for integrated systems and migrated data

Proactively manage integration risks, dependencies, and issue resolution as the primary liaison between business and IT teams

Support change enablement through training materials, SOP updates, and stakeholder communication for the integrated platforms
