Senior Change Management Lead : 200141
HKA Enterprises is seeking a Senior Change Management Lead to shape and lead enterprise-level change management efforts across multiple workstreams and projects. This role requires expertise in change management methodologies and strong leadership to partner with senior leaders, ensuring effective adoption and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead change management strategy across multiple workstreams, agile teams, and projects
Apply and embed change management methodologies (e.g., stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, engagement and resistance management plans)
Develop and manage an integrated, program-level change management plan
Define desired outcomes and track multi-stream metrics to demonstrate progress and adoption
Identify change impacts across all affected audiences and lead mitigation strategies
Partner with senior and executive leaders to ensure leadership alignment
Design and deliver stakeholder engagement and communication activities tailored to diverse audiences
Coach and mentor leaders, peers, and junior team members on change best practices
Anticipate risks and issues, proactively developing mitigation plans
Integrate change efforts with broader transformation initiatives
Lead teams confidently through ambiguity to successful outcomes
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience leading enterprise or program-level change initiatives
Expert knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci preferred)
Proven experience supporting multiple workstreams or agile teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Experience working directly with senior and executive leadership
Demonstrated ability to manage metrics, outcomes, and adoption measurement
Preferred
Prosci certification
Experience supporting large-scale digital or organizational transformations
Background in agile or scaled agile environments
Strong coaching and facilitation skills
