Responsibilities
Review user-generated content (text, images, and videos) to ensure alignment with community guidelines
Identify, categorize, and escalate content that violates platform policies
Moderate sensitive or potentially offensive material with accuracy and professionalism
Meet quality, accuracy, and productivity targets defined by the client
Stay up to date on policy updates, workflow changes, and operational guidelines
Participate in ongoing training and refresher sessions
Handle complex content issues within established turnaround times
Protect confidential information and follow data security protocols
Share insights and trends to support continuous process and policy improvements
Qualification
Required
Comfort using social media platforms and online tools
Ability to review content that may include graphic or explicit material
Strong attention to detail and sound judgment
High School Diploma or equivalent required; college education is a plus
Must be 18 years of age or older
Typing speed of 25 WPM or higher
Basic proficiency with Windows-based systems
Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility
Preferred
Minimum 6 months of customer service or related experience preferred
