Responsibilities
Own and drive growth across a high-potential Midwest territory, with a focus on large-scale dairy farms
Work closely with dairy nutritionists, producers, and consultants
Collaborate with customers using data and real-world results to boost productivity and efficiency on-farm
Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
Represent the brand at key industry events - trade shows, conferences, and other networking opportunities
Maintain accurate sales activity and customer relationships through CRM software
Qualification
Required
A Master's degree in Animal Science, Dairy Science, Ruminant Nutrition, or a closely related field
In-depth technical knowledge of dairy nutrition and commercial farm systems
A proven track record in technical sales or business development within the dairy or animal nutrition space
Strong communication and relationship-building skills - confident presenting to producers, consultants, and industry partners
The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with leadership
Experience using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
Willingness to travel approximately 50-75% across the Midwest
